As a general guideline, we suggest taking the following steps to get the most out of our technical support service:

Standard Support:
Provided through our Online Support Form, with response within at most three business days. Included with Free Trial License (3 incidents), and Developer License (6 incidents).

Priority Support:
Provided through our Online Support Form, with response within at most two business days. Included with any Subscription License (10 incidents).

Enterprise Support:
Rapid response support provided via Online Support Form and by phone, with response time within at most one business day. Unlimited rapid response support is included with an Enterprise License.

Premium Enterprise Support:
Unlimited same-day response with phone support, plus direct access to the development team. Available as an additional support package for Enterprise clients. Please contact sales for details.
